Australia’s original & favourite CheeseFest is back with its friend FERMENT the FESTIVAL on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th October in Rymill Park (Mullawirraburka), Adelaide, with special guest and “Master of Fromage” Matt Preston, food writer and MasterChef Australia judge. A record number of cheese producers will be joined by some of South Australia’s finest food producers who make delicious fermented treats!
CheeseFest+FERMENT will have a rich program of activities for food lovers, which will include a host of free demonstrations by “Master of Fromage” Matt Preston, revered chef Simon Bryant, and Masterchef alumni Jessie Spiby and Callum Hann cooking everything from cheese toasties to lentils and kimchi. All cooking demos are free to the public (first in best dressed) with book signing after each demonstration.
