If your internal flights involve travel by light aircraft or seaplane, your baggage allowance will usually be less than on your international flights. Further, if you are travelling within the USA, US domestic airlines may charge you an additional fee at check-in for each piece of baggage you wish to check-in. Whilst these fees are very reasonable, it is handy to know in advance.
For specific allowances and dimensions, you will need to refer to the website of the airline you are travelling with.
