Can I make changes after I've booked?

We will do our best to make changes, subject to any additional fees, but due to issues with availability, it may not always be possible.

Online bookings

You can manage your booking online to request a change. This is not instant and will be actioned by a RAA travel agent who will contact you when the change has been made or if there are any follow up questions or costs from your request. You can also request a change by making an online enquiry, calling us on 8202 4589 or visiting an RAA Travel shop.

If you wish to change any part of your holiday arrangements after the deposit(s) or monies have been paid to the holiday supplier(s), please call, and discuss this with your RAA Travel agent.

Can I cancel my booking?

Online bookings

Yes. Make an online enquiry, call us on 8202 4589 or visit an RAA Travel shop. An RAA travel agent will help you via email, phone or in person.

Bookings made with an RAA Travel agent

Yes. If you or anyone on your holiday booking decides to cancel the holiday, the lead name must notify us of the decision as soon as possible. Any notification must be confirmed in writing and cancellation will take effect from the day written or email confirmation is received by us. You will then receive a further notification including any charges/penalties - where known, from RAA Travel.

If I must cancel or amend my booking, what would the costs be?

I am unable to travel. Is it possible to change the name on my booking to another person?

Bookings made with an RAA Travel agent

Name changes generally constitute an amendment to a booking and may need to be re-booked, subject to availability and pricing. Some travel providers, suppliers and/or airlines do not permit name changes, but it's best to speak to an RAA Travel agent about your options.

How will I know if my booking has been cancelled due to COVID-19, border closures etc?

The emergence of COVID-19 and subsequent state border controls/closures have created a level of travel uncertainty. Your RAA Travel agent may, if feasible, make you aware of any COVID-19 update(s) relating to your booking that may impact your travel plans and will provide assistance in amending/rebooking your holiday per updates and directives from the holiday supplier.
