Yes. You will be issued an e-ticket. An e-ticket is an electronic record of your flight booking which shows your flight itinerary, and can also be printed so that you have a ‘hard’ copy in your hand.
Your unique airline reference number is the unique alpha-numerical 5 letter/number reference assigned to your flight booking. It can be located on your e-ticket.
Your airline reference number will allow you to view your flight booking on the airline’s website. If you have prebooked seats or special meal(s) you will see this information in your flight booking summary. Your cruise reservation number can be used to retrieve your cruise ship personaliser. In your cruise ship personaliser, you can book shore excursions, onboard speciality restaurants and more.

Passengers with visual or hearing impairments will find hearing assistant loops and touchable (EG Braille) signage at most major airport terminals. When proceeding through the security process, travellers with any medical implants (such as pacemakers, prosthetic limbs – hip, knee etc or hearing aids, must advise the security screening officers on duty.
