Before we can show you lower prices, we need to check you’re an RAA member. We’ll use your last name and date of birth to find you in our system. Read our Privacy Policy.
You may insert a request in the ‘additional information’ or ‘request’ section of the booking journey. These requests are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the accommodation provider. Some suppliers require you to book a room or option of a different price.
RAA Travel will forward a request to your hotel for a particular room number or location if the room you request is within the category of room you have booked with us. All special room requests are strictly subject to availability, and RAA Travel cannot guarantee that your request will be granted. If the hotel informs us the room you seek does not fall into the room category you have booked (e.g. – you want room 707 and it is a sea view suite, but you have paid for a standard garden view room), we will offer you the option, subject to availability and relevant costs, of upgrading your room category.
All our rates will clearly feature meals (if any) applicable to the rate you are booking and will be detailed on your hotel voucher.
Meals (if any) applicable to the rate you have booked will be depicted on your hotel voucher. Unless noted as ‘full, American, English or buffet breakfast – it is common for breakfast to be ‘Continental.’ A Continental breakfast varies by country and hotel but will usually comprise bread products such as croissants, toast bread, rolls, or muffins, fruit, yogurt, juices, and tea/coffee.
Comprehensive information is given about hotel/resort guest facilities, room amenities, location and more on our website.
Details of the hotel/resort guest facilities and amenities on offer at your hotel(s) can be found in our brochures, in some cases on our website or by calling your RAA Travel agent.
