A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person for domestic and $300 per person for international (applicable for Members) or $300 per person for domestic and $600 per person for international (in the case of non-Members), payable to RAA is required to secure a booking. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Further deposit amounts will be dependent on what you have booked. If you have booked multiple arrangements, you may need to pay multiple deposits. Your RAA Travel sales agent will advise you at the time of booking. If you fail to pay the full amount of a booking, RAA may cancel the booking and RAA and the Travel Provider may retain any deposit(s) paid.

Balance of payment can vary by holiday supplier and can be anywhere from 4 months to 1 month before travel date. If you have opted to take advantage of an early bird offer, you may be required to pay in full at the time of booking, or soon after. Your RAA Travel sales agent will advise you at the time of booking.

No. Balance due is shown on your invoice/itinerary.
Yes! You must give family/friends your RAA Travel booking number as a reference. They will need to quote this number, your name and how much they wish to contribute. The contribution(s) will then be deducted from your balance outstanding.
Airlines do not usually allow regular saver type fares to be combined with frequent flyer points, and instead direct travellers to their frequent flyer website. Please enquire with your RAA Travel agent at the time of flight booking enquiry to see what is possible.
