Day 1: Rome (B)
On arrival, take a private transfer from Rome airport or train station to your hotel. Spend the remainder of the day getting acquainted with this amazing city. Spend three nights in Rome.
Day 2: Rome (B)
After breakfast, discover Imperial Rome on a group tour including the Forum and the magnificent Colosseum. The rest of the day is then free to explore the city.
Day 3: Rome (B)
Following breakfast, board a high-speed train to Naples. Join a full day excursion to Pompeii and Naples. Discover the famous archaeological site of Pompeii, an ancient Roman city destroyed by the eruption of Mt Vesuvius, before visiting Naples. Return to Rome.
Day 4: Rome to Florence (B)
Today, travel by high-speed train to Florence. The remainder of the day is free explore the city, the ‘cradle of the Renaissance’. There is so much to discover including the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Galleries or the Accademia Gallery, home to Michelangelo’s famous statue of David. Spend two nights in Florence.
Day 5: Florence (B)
Join a full day tour of the Chianti area and visiting Monteriggioni, with its still intact medieval walls. The tour continues to Siena, discover the Piazza del Campo, the Cathedral, and the famous Torre del Mangia. After Siena, head to the walled town of San Gimignano, famous for its white wine, before heading to the world renowned Vernaccia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the Chianti area and enjoy a tasting of the Chianti red wine. Return to Florence in the evening.
Day 6: Florence to La Spezia (B)
Take a train to La Spezia, the gateway to the famous Cinque Terre. This stretch of coast is home to five fishing villages perched over the sea: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore. A two day Cinque Terre Train Card is included, which allows access to the National Park area and the regional trains and local buses that connect the villages. Stay in La Spezia for the next two nights.
Day 7: La Spezia (B)
Enjoy a free day to continue your discovery of the Cinque Terre.
Day 8: La Spezia to Milan (B)
This morning board a train to Milan, the trip takes around 3 hours and 20 minutes. After arriving, there is free time to discover the city. Be sure to see the most famous symbols of Milan, such as the Duomo, the Castello Sforzesco, the Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio and the Navigli’s famous canals that are the hub of the Milanese nightlife. Spend two nights in Milan.
Day 9: Milan (B)
Enjoy a day trip to Lake Como. Travel by train to Como where the day is yours to explore the town and lake. A day ticket is included for the Hop-On Hop-Off public boat to discover the lake. Spend time in Como wandering the many local boutiques. Return to Milan in the evening.
Day 10: Milan to Venice (B)
Travel by high-speed train to Venice. After arriving, spend some time wandering the many laneways. In the afternoon, join a 30-minute gondola ride along Venice’s famous canals. Before dinner in Venice, it is traditional to have an aperitif based on “cichéti” (small snacks) in one of the many “bacari” (taverns) scattered along the “calli” (that is what the Venetian streets are called): a must-do experience. Spend the next two nights in Venice.

Enjoy a free day to continue your discovery of Venice.
Day 12: Venice (B)
After breakfast, make your way to your next destination.
