†International one-way economy flight from Sydney or Melbourne to Auckland included in the total package price with specified airline or similar based on prices and availability at time of ticketing. Departures from select alternate cities and carriers are offered, subject to varying price & availability, call or click continue for more options. Guest passports are required at time of booking to issue air tickets, all airfares are subject to change or withdrawal without notice by the airline(s) until paid in full and tickets issued. Package dates do not account for additional days that may be required to accommodate flying time. Check flight itinerary dates, times & cities are correct – note airline itineraries use 24-hour time. Changes in air pricing and requested upgrades may require additional deposits. Fees apply for changes made after the tickets have been issued. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice, and we recommend checking your flight times with the airline at least 72 hours prior to travel. Claims for costs incurred as a result of schedule changes must be made directly to the airline concerned. Some low-cost carriers have additional charges not included in the air ticket cost for luggage (particularly US domestic flights). These costs are beyond our control and cannot be pre-paid to us as ticketing agents for the airline. Many airline carriers now charge for all baggage, meals and inflight entertainment on international flights. These fees and charges cannot be collected by the agent in advance. Each carrier and route has variations on prices and requirements. Please ask your travel consultant for a breakdown of applicable ‘pay direct’ fees applicable to your booking or check with the airline by managing the booking online via the airline’s website. We recommend contacting the airlines directly for your seating and special meal requests to ensure that the airline has accurately noted your requirements. Airlines will often advise seat numbers but will not guarantee your seating until final boarding. Passengers are responsible for reconfirming all flights 72 hours prior to flight departure times. Please note that flights may not operate daily or directly to your destination. Departures or arrivals may be one day before or one day after the itinerary date. Flights must be taken in the order listed on your ticket. Missing any flight segment will result in the automatic cancellation of all subsequent flights by the airline. If you wish to extend your holiday, visit additional cities, or choose a preferred airline, our team will do their best to assist with your request once flights are available in the booking window. Flight variations may incur a $150 AUD fee per person, plus applicable fare or tax differences. These will be advised at the time of your flight selection. +If the specified hotel is unavailable, a similar hotel will be substituted. ~Meals are included in selected restaurants onboard; specialty restaurants may incur a surcharge. Your World Included™ amenities are per stateroom for twin share, subject to change. ±Amenity choices are complimentary wine & beer by the glass during lunch and dinner hours or shore excursion credit of USD $800 per stateroom. The chosen amenity is applied to the 1st & 2nd guests. Guests in the same stateroom must choose the same amenity. All excursions must be chosen at least 14 days prior to sailing. Any unused shore excursion credit can be used as shipboard credit on the same voyage or will otherwise be lost upon debarkation. # Wi-Fi does not include streaming and includes a login for the first two devices per stateroom, twin share. ≅Gratuities are included for stateroom attendants, butlers and waitstaff. ⊥Free launderettes included along with laundry services and pressing for Concierge and Suite levels. You must be able to get on/off transportation unassisted, manage distances at airports and railway stations without assistance, and handle your luggage as required.
