What fitness level will be required?

This trip is: Active

Lively pace. Lots of walking on uneven ground, cobblestone surfaces, through soft sand and up and down stairs or slopes. You must be able to tolerate local conditions such as humidity, heat, and high altitude. You must have a satisfactory level of physical and respiratory fitness. You must be able to get on/off transportation multiple times unassisted, manage distances at airports and railway stations without assistance, and handle your own luggage as required.
