As a major admirer of Canadian crooner Drake, part of my planned honeymoon centres around one of his concerts in the Windy City – Chicago. On that note, I’m also a fan of Broadway and West End shows and love fitting in a show in a big city such as London or Manhattan. Ever the traveller, eloping with my partner, we flew to Canada and got married at the fabulous Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Added highlights on this trip included a cowboy cookout on horseback in Banff and breakfast with the bears in Vancouver.

Memorable meal?

A five-course meal at The Lakeview, at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. With priceless views, delicious food and my new husband for company, this meal is one of my most memorable.

My sense of adventure. Get out there and enjoy this wonderful world.
