I started my travel career in Backpacking tours around Australia and then moved to international travel. Scotland is my second home after living there for 2 years and falling in love with the highlands and history. My absolute favourite country is Iceland which I have started to explore but still have plenty more to see.

• Cannot pass up a pasta Bolognese in Venice with a starter of fresh Bruschetta and a glass of red wine.
• A whisky bar called "The Devil's Advocate" for some Haggis and a dram in Edinburgh, Scotland.
