Eucalyptus Oil Distillery Experience - Private Guided Tour
Enjoy a private guided tour with a local guide of the distillery showing the history, process and bottling room.
What to expect
Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Oil Distillery is a family owned business and a popular Kangaroo Island tourist attraction since 1991. We produce 100% pure Australian Eucalyptus Essential Oil from the Kangaroo Island Narrow Leaf Mallee, along with a range of natural products available through our farm gate retail shop, craft gallery and online store.

Emu Ridge offers personalised private escorted guided tours. This tour experience takes approximately 30 minutes. Showing the history, process and bottling room.
Most visitors allow an hour if they are having a guided tour, shop visit and toilet stop and allow extra time to enjoy the cafe and Cellar Door if feeling thirsty or hungry.

- It is FREE to visit our Farmgate Retail Shop and Cafe. We also offer a complimentary DVD of the distilling process for your interest.

Operating Hours
- This experience will operate at 9am, 11am and 2pm any time of the year with the exception of public holidays.
- Emu Ridge Shop, Cafe and Cellar Door is open 7 days.
- We are open 9:00am to 4:00pm including all public holidays with extended hours over peak season. (Closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day). We have extended hours over the school holidays and long weekends.
Duration
- This tour experience takes approximately 30-45 minutes
- Most visitors allow an hour to shop visit, toilet stop and enjoy the cafe and Cellar Door after the tour
