They say travel leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller. I’m lucky to have stories from kitchens and campfires across the UK, Europe, South and East Africa. I swapped chef whites for travel insights, because flavour isn’t just found in food, it’s found in culture, chaos, and crossing borders.
I’m stoked to have the opportunity to help others stamp their passports, collect memories, and taste the world. Let’s book a trip you’ll still brag about in ten years.

I'm a 'spare pair of jocks and passport in your pocket and let's go' traveller.
Most memorable meal?
Most of the travelling I've done has been working as a chef, so I've eaten a lot of really good food. But honestly, the meal that stand out most for me is as a kid when we spent summers in Coffin Bay and would go diving for abalone and scallops. We'd give them a light dusting of flour with some salt and pepper and whack them on the BBQ right there on the beach, and honestly it was the best thing I've ever put in my mouth. We're so incredibly lucky here in SA with the local produce that's on offer.
