Franz Josef Tour from Queenstown

What to expect
This tour from Queenstown to Franz Josef will take you through some amazing scenery on New Zealand's West Coast. Join in on a journey that showcases why NZ's alpine west coast regions are widely regarded as one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Throughout the duration you'll have the chance to view a series of towering mountain peaks, the deep azure blue lakes of Wakatipu, Dunstan, Wanaka, and Hawea, a landscape of vast rainforests and crystal clear waterfalls, and much, much more.
Once arriving at our destination you can explore the region with one of the many local guiding companies or choose to opt for a flight seeing tour via helicopter or plane! Please note that this is a one way tour from Queenstown to Franz Josef; return trip will need to be arranged separately.

- Returns at 4:10pm to Franz Josef Bus Stop, Main Road
- Departs Queenstown at 8:00 am, Franz Josef Bus Stop, Main Road
- Returns: 4:14 pm, Athol Street in the middle of the car park
Hotel Pickup
- A complimentary hotel-pick up is included in this day tour. At the time of booking, please select your designated accommodation property to book this in and obtain your pick-up time. Please ensure you are waiting 10 minutes prior at your designated pick-up location

If your hotel is not listed, select an alternative hotel in close proximity and make your way to that hotel on the day of the tour. Alternatively, choose Athol Street from the location drop down list and make your way to that location on the day of the tour, as this is the main departure point

Once your hotel arrangements have been finalised, you can contact the local tour operator to change your pick up details. Local tour operator's contact details will appear on your tour voucher
