Born and bred in Sheffield, England, I migrated Down Under at sweet 16. Unable to sit still, I think I’ve always had the urge to travel and see new and incredible things.
In the middle of a lava field on the tiny island of Lanzarote - one of the Spanish Canary Islands off the coast of northwest Africa, I explored the dramatically designed dream home of artist César Manrique. I have SCUBA dived in Fiji, flown over the Great Barrier Reef and seen bull sharks and have shopped with purpose in Las Vegas. With six degrees of separation, I had the same local guide in Borneo that Naturalist David Attenborough had!

Memorable meal?
The lavish smorgasbord in the Kaleidoscope restaurant at Atlantis, The Palm - Dubai. The roast beef and Yorkshire puddings were just how my Nan makes them.
