One of the most unforgettable meals I’ve had was in Florence, where I had Wholemeal Orecchiette with Broccoli and tried Bistecca alla Fiorentina for the first time. Being Italian, food is at the heart of life—it brings villages together, strengthens family bonds, and even sparks passionate debates over who makes the best dish.
What wouldn't you travel without?
I never travel without a journal. Exploring new places and trying different foods always sparks inspiration, and I love documenting those moments. Writing about the people I meet, the experiences I have, and the little details that make a trip special allows me to relive those memories long after I’ve returned home. It’s my way of savouring the journey.
