Day 1: Arrive in Rome
Upon arrival, check in at your hotel for a three-night stay. Come the evening, be sure to visit the Trevi Fountain and throw in a coin or two. the architecture is quite spectacular when lit up at night. (Overnight in Rome)
Day 2: Rome
Today after breakfast, you'll be picked up your hotel in the early morning for a small group tour. First, tour the Vatican Museum and marvel at the ornate ceiling of the Sistine Chapel before discovering the rest of the "Eternal City." the afternoon is yours to continue exploring Rome, Europe's largest open-air museum. Shrouded in legend, Rome is home to hundreds of ancient artifacts, architecture, beautiful churches, and Basilicas such as St Peter's and St Martin's. (Overnight in Rome) B
Day 3: Rome
Your final day in Rome includes an exclusive small-group tour of the Colosseum, including access to the arena floor where the gladiators once stood, previously not available to the public. Day 4: Rome to Florence
Enjoy breakfast and then take a relaxing hour and a half train from Rome to Florence. On arrival in Florence, make your way to your hotel and check in for a three-night stay. Once you get your bearings, start exploring this beautiful and historic city. Enjoy your included skip-the-line tickets at of the famous Uffizi Gallery. After dinner at one of the many fine restaurants in the area, enjoy a Florentine gelato, considered by many to be the best in the world. (Overnight in Florence) B
Day 5: Florence
After breakfast this morning, head over to the Accademia Gallery with your skip-the-line tickets, and see Michelangelo's famous Statue of David, along with many other masterpieces housed throughout the museum. This afternoon, you'll participate in learning a true Italian tradition in your included cooking class. Guided by your chef, you'll learn how to make authentic Tuscan cuisine and enjoy the fruits of your labor for dinner with a glass of wine. (Overnight in Florence) B
Day 6: Tuscany Day Trip
Your full-day excursion through Tuscany begins with a tour of Pisa, admiring the famous Tower of Pisa. Afterwards, drive to a rustic winery in Chianti and enjoy a delicious Tuscan lunch and wine tasting. Your afternoon includes strolling through the medieval village of San Gimignano and the cobblestone streets of Siena before returning to Florence in the evening. (Overnight in Florence) B L
Day 7: Florence to Venice
Following breakfast, take a two-hour train ride to picture-postcard perfect Venice. On arrival, check in at your hotel for a two-night stay.
