What to expect

Embark on an amazing two-week adventure by rail. Combining some of the most sought-after destinations in Switzerland and Italy this is one journey that will live long in the memory. Visit Zurich then head to the mountains with stays in Interlaken, Zermatt and St Moritz, all combined with spectacular mountain railways, and the iconic Glacier Express and Bernina Express trains. Cross the border into Italy and spend two-nights on each of Italy’s iconic lakes – Garda, Como and Maggiore before ending the trip in Rome.
