Exclusions
- Hotel pick ups. These are available for $24pp from Cairns & $35pp from Northern Beaches Hotels, and $100 from Port Douglas
- Transfers are NOT included in your rate and will be payable directly to the driver on the day of the tour (see the 'Hotel Pickup' section below on how to arrange a pick up)
- $20 per person Administration / Fuel Levy Charge which is payable on the day of travel

Time
- Tours depart daily from the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal at 8.00am and return approximately 4.30pm. Check-in commences from 7.15am and closes at 7.45am. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation tour voucher with complete tour operator details. You will be required to contact the tour operator a minimum of 48hrs prior to your day of travel to reconfirm your tour and the tour departure point
Hotel Pickup
- If you wish to book hotel pick up, please select your pick up location during the check out process. This is NOT included in the price of your ticket and will be payable directly to the driver on the day of your tour.
- Transfers from Cairns Hotels $24pp
- Transfers from Beaches and Outer City Hotels $35pp
- Transfers from Port Douglas $100pp
- If you do not require hotel transfers please select "CHECK IN AT THE REEF FLEET TERMINAL - DOWN UNDER CRUISE AND DIVE DESK @ 07:15" during the check out process.
