Join us for a Morning Whale Watch Cruise aboard Quick Cat II for an unforgettable experience spotting Humpback Whales in their natural habitat. Our knowledgeable crew will provide fascinating insights into their behaviour and characteristics, while you take in stunning views of K'Gari (Fraser Island) and Hervey Bay's waters. Look out for dolphins, turtles, and seabirds along the way. Enjoy a light breakfast and morning tea as we explore the Great Sandy Straits & Platypus Bay - where our Humpback Whales come to play!
The Hervey Bay whale watching season runs from July to October and is an ideal location to watch Humpback Whales migrating past the Fraser Coast with their pod numbers increasing every year. The fun and informative cruise also include a scenic tour past Fraser Island where you’ll see the pristine beaches and coloured sand cliffs as you cruise out to sea in search of Humpback Whales.
This Hervey Bay Whale Watching Tour departs from the Great Sandy Straits Marina at 7am and returns at 12.30 pm.

- Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to departure
