Start your getaway in style with a pre-night stay at Kingfisher Bay Resort. The next day, get ready to experience K'gari's iconic locations on a two-day 4WD tour. Led by your expert local guide, tick all the favourites off your bucket list, including the crystal-clear depths of Lake McKenzie and the towering rainforest of Pile Valley. PLUS, uncover some of the destination’s equally spectacular hidden gems such as the emerald green oasis of Lake Wabby.

Location
- Self-Driving: Hervey Bay is approximately 3 hours by car north of Brisbane, 2.5 hours north of Sunshine Coast and 1.5 hours north of Rainbow Beach. Check-in at our Mainland Reception in River Heads. On Google Maps, this will appear as 54 Ariadne St. After arriving at this location, a courtesy coach will provide transport to the ferry departure point, and you will arrive directly at Kingfisher Bay Resort and board our custom 4WD coach.
- Secure Car Park Facilities: The secure facility is located adjacent to our River Heads Reception. Bookings are highly recommended and can be made directly with the Reservations Team at + 61 7 4194 9222 or 1800 372 737 (within Australia).
- Courtesy Transfers: If you require a courtesy transfer from select locations in Hervey Bay, please enter your pick-up location in the notes field on the checkout page
