100% of payment is due at time of booking.
Amendments to booking date or booking name permitted up to 14 days prior to check-in date, but difference in the applicable room rate for the amended date payable.
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to check-in date are fully refundable.
Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to check-in date incur 100% cancellation fee
