Famous for its delicious nougat and Margaret River wines, there are over 35 flavours to choose from in addition to a wide range of red wine, white wine, sparkling varieties and liqueurs to tickle the tastebuds. Stop by to join this nougat and wine pairing brunch tour where you'll meet the confectionary makers and see firsthand how all this deliciousness is made.
The Margaret River nougat and wine pairing tour include tastes of freshly made nougat paired with local wine. Nibble on Honey and Toasted Almond, Cranberry and Pistachio, Salted Caramel or the rather interesting Chilli Chocolate nougat with a paired wine, liqueur or coffee. Complete with at trio of fluffy waffles made with fresh produce from the garden and a walk through the vineyard - this Margaret River nougat and wine brunch is the perfect way for a sweet tooth to spend a morning.
