Located just two hours from Sydney, the Fortified and Fromage is a truly unique experience for food and wine connoisseurs. Guided by Audrey Wilkinson wine experts, your seated tasting experience will take place in their heritage-listed museum.
Sample a range of Audrey Wilkinson premium wines including three generous tastings direct from the barrel where Audrey Wilkinson's fortified wines are maturing. Wine will be delicately matched to Fromage, sourced from renowned local producers. The 60 minute Hunter Valley wine tasting tour is a must for wine lovers - and one of our top things to do in Sydney.
