Take your seat in the sky - with Lake Wakatipu and the Southern Alps as your backdrop!
What to expect
Experience the flight of a lifetime as they soar high above the crystal-clear waters of Lake Wakatipu, taking in breathtaking views of mountains and shoreline. They’ll take off and land gently on our purpose-built parasailing boat, The Red Dragon.
This is an absolute must-do adventure during your time in Queenstown! We can fly Solo, Tandem and Triple flights so they can fly by themselves or with family and friends! We will let you out 600ft so you can check out Queenstown’s beauty from every angle! The views are simply breathtaking!
Originally set up in the 1980s, we have been thrilling people over the shores of Lake Wakatipu for over 30 years. Having borne witness to numerous changes in Queenstown over
the years, we are proud to be one of the towns longest standing business operations.

Time
- Every hour from 10am to 3pm
Duration
- Up in the air for 10-12 minutes and out on the water for maximum 1 hour. Please check in 15 minutes prior to arrival. Allow up to 1 hour 15 minutes for the whole experience.
Departure Location
- We operate from the Watersports Kiosk on Steamer Wharf, Beach Street along the Queenstown waterfront

- Autumn/Winter: Dress like you're hitting the slopes! They might get wet, so bring: beanie

- Spring/Summer: Come in what you’re wearing for the day - may need to bring a jumper just
