I started travelling in 2006 when I went to Italy with my dad to visit our extended family. My next trip was to Japan for a school trip. Since then, I have continued to travel mostly solo, always seeking new experiences.
My interests include scuba, snorkelling, canyoning, cooking classes, kayaking and cultural immersion tours. I also speak fluent Italian & English.

Memorable meal?
Eating Sukiyaki in Japan. I was with my host family, and they had prepared a hot pot for us to all enjoy, we had various vegetables and meats to put into the hot pot and a raw egg to the side. The idea was to cook the food in the hot pot then dip it into the egg, the food would then be hot enough to cook the egg around the outside of the food. It was absolutely delicious, and I recommend it to anyone travelling to Japan.
What wouldn't you travel without?
I absolutely cannot travel without my neck pillow. I make the most out of my travels and always sleep when transiting, so my neck pillow is a must for those long-haul flights and bus trips.
