Skyrail Kuranda to Barron Falls Loop & One Way Kuranda Scenic Railway

What to expect
Combining Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and the famous Kuranda Scenic Railway, this tour encompasses the best scenic options to discover the Wet Tropics World Heritage Rainforest in the region. Start with either the Skyrail or Train.
Your Skyrail Kuranda to Barron Falls loop experience will take around 1 hour including time spent at Barron Falls Station. Guests are recommended to spend around 20-30 minutes at Barron Falls where they can discover the rainforest from sustainable boardwalks and lookouts, rainforest interpretation centre and discover pioneering history at the historical precinct, guests can also enjoy a complimentary guided boardwalk tour from a Skyrail Ranger.
In Kuranda, you're free to explore at your own pace. You can visit one of the many great attractions including Kuranda Koala Gardens, Birdworld and the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary, or you could simply just wander around the markets and relax at a local café - the choice is yours!
The Kuranda Scenic Railway is famed for its beautiful route and the fact that it has been servicing the community for over 130 years. Winding through the lush green rainforest, cascading waterfalls and tropical mountain ranges, this is one journey to remember.
