Most memorable meal?
It would have to be the luxury buffet dinner at the Mulia in Bali.
It's an entirely unique ethnic-gastronomic restaurant concept with individual stations (and chefs) dedicated to preparing authentic cuisines from selected regions, ranging from fresh sashimi and sushi rolls in the Japanese corner, Chinese barbequed ducks and pork, tasty tom yum goong at the Southeast Asian station, exotic butter chicken and naan from the Indian section, pastas at the Western corner. It also has a whole room filled with desserts! One of the best dining experiences I have ever had throughout my travels!
What wouldn't you travel without?
I always travel with a power board! As we are a family of 4, we are constantly charging phones, Ipads etc, so having a power board means we don't have to look for extra sockets around the hotel room.
