St Hugo Garden to Table Experience
Tour St Hugo Winery in South Australia and taste the popular and then sit down for a full degustation menu overlooking the kitchen and chefs at work.
What to expect
The connection between wine and food is central to the philosophy at St Hugo. Our philosophy can be explored to another level through our St Hugo “Garden to Table’ experience, spending time in our Kitchen Garden and enjoying the company and expertise of both our Kitchen and Front of House team.
Beginning with a glass of Champagne, take a short walk through our vineyards to our onsite Kitchen Garden. Hosted by our St Hugo Chef, take an informative tour and learn about the inner workings of the garden and how it’s used on our seasonal menus. You will also get the opportunity to forage, taste and smell some of the fresh seasonal produce & herbs that can be found in the garden.
Then head back to St Hugo to be seated at the best spot in the house, at our open kitchen with a full view of our Chefs at work. Let our Chefs take you on a culinary journey, showcasing our seasonal menu while being complimented with our stunning St Hugo wines from our knowledgeable cellar door hosts.
Sit back and enjoy this up-close and intimate food & wine experience, giving you unparalleled access to our St Hugo Chefs & Wine Hosts.

- Tour of the kitchen garden with the kitchen team - including picking of the seasonal produce for lunch, the kitchens team's expertise for the duration of the experience, guiding and assisting in the preparation of lunch.

- Proof of age is required to participate in this experience
- This experience must be booked as a minimum of 2 for it to operate, and may be cancelled and/or rescheduled, if the minimum numbers is not reached.
- Limit to 1 group booking, per person, per day.
- Please note, we are a CASHLESS venue.
- Please note the Kitchen Garden walk/tour is subject to prevailing weather conditions.
- If you do not attend your booking, a fee of $275 per person will be charged. If you arrive late to your allocated booking time, please be aware that your experience will be shortened.
- If you notify us 24 hours prior to your booking that you are unable to attend, a full refund will be issued.
- Bookings for tasting flights are only for adults 18+.
- We reserve the right to refuse to serve a tasting experience, even with prior booking, if we believe that member/s of the booking party may be under the influence of alcohol.
- Credit card surcharges and refund policy are subject to local regulation.
