With exclusive group access granted inside their factory walls (owned by Ian and Sandra), you'll have the opportunity to learn in-depth about the Tasmanian honey industry and its production processes. Marvel at the glass beehives, enclosed within a special room, while observing the bees' diligent work.

Concluding this delightful journey is a visit to Dunalley Bay Distillery, located in a charming seaside shack. Here, you can revel in the taste of their exquisite gins alongside locally harvested oysters. The coastal ambiance and panoramic views of Mt Wellington across the bay provide an idyllic setting for relaxation.

On our return journey to Hobart, we will take scenic coastal roads that offer mesmerising views of Norfolk Bay's shimmering blue waters as we make our way back home.
