What to expect

By far my favourite part of travelling is getting lost in cities, learning the local language and trying the local cuisine. My passion for travel began at a young age. After returning home from my first overseas holiday, I knew that I wanted to see more of world.

I spent two and half years living in London and travelling extensively throughout Europe. I have hiked to the top of Trolltunga in Norway, risen above Cappadocia in a hot air balloon, hand-fed Icelandic horses, left my mark on the John Lennon Wall in Prague and dashed across Shibuya Crossing In Tokyo.

Most memorable meal?

Eating ramen in the oldest and smallest restaurant in Kyoto and eating a platter filled with beautiful fresh Italian cheese and meats while sipping wine, and overlooking the Tuscan hills.
