Since that very first visit, my adventures have been very diverse, including touring throughout South Dakota, Montana and Wyoming on a Harley Davidson, a helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon, cable car riding in San Francisco, shopping on Rodeo Drive LA and so much more. I do love an adventure.

Memorable meal?

Watching the sunset with canapes and champagne with Uluru as the backdrop with my children, complete with a didgeridoo performance, before enjoying Sounds of Silence dinner under the stars. There is definitely something special about this place, everyone should experience the magic of Uluru at least once.

What wouldn’t you travel without?

My phone - I've been known to love snapping a few photos.
