Australia's debut Grill Academy is open and ready to welcome locals and tourists who are eager to get fired up and take backyard barbecue to a whole new level!

With spectacular views across the eastern parklands to the Adelaide CBD, the Weber Grill Academy is the ideal space for a range of barbecue experiences – think local produce and beverages, education and entertainment!

Join us for a hands-on experience featuring some brand-new mouthwatering dishes. With culinary inspiration taken from around the world, the menu includes mid-week meals, backyard party pleasers and a dessert to impress. Across a range of Weber Q’s, you’ll discover how to grill, roast, smoke and bake, all with delicious barbecue flavour. From moreish Philly cheesesteaks, tender reverse-seared and smoked rib-eye steaks, roasted chicken mini-roasts with a zesty chilli and lime yoghurt, finishing with a decadent barbecued Basque cheesecake. This experience will demonstrate that anything’s possible on a Weber Q.

Courses are capped at 22 attendees to ensure that all guests can get hands-on with our barbecues and face-to-face with our Barbecue Specialists. Your ticket includes all food and three (3) beverages during the experience, and the event concludes with a sit-down shared meal.
