Some of my favourite memories include road-tripping across the UK with my family, taking a solo trip to Hawaii on my eighteenth birthday, and visiting friends around the world. Travel has given me unforgettable experiences, meaningful connections, and a deeper appreciation for the diversity that makes every destination unique.

Memorable meal?

One of my favourite travel memories was eating pho on a junk boat in Halong Bay, Vietnam. I loved the flavours so much that I later took an authentic Vietnamese cooking class to learn how to make it myself. Now, pho has become one of my favourite comfort foods, and I regularly cook it at home—especially during the colder winter months.

What wouldn’t you travel without?

My phone and a neck pillow. My phone helps me capture memories along the way, while a good neck pillow makes long flights, road trips, and airport layovers far more comfortable. As long as I can document the journey and grab a nap when needed, I’m ready for any adventure.
