Throughout my travels, some of my best memories are driving from one end of the UK to the other with my parents, sister and grandparents, leaving for Hawaii solo the day I tuned eighteen and visiting friends around the globe.

Memorable meal?

Eating pho on a junk boat in Halong Bay, Vietnam! I loved it so much that I did an authentic Vietnamese cooking class and now cook it at home all the time, especially in winter!

My phone and laptop. A great combination for capturing and storing life-long memories.
