You can make a travel insurance claim online or by calling 1300 207 365. You'll be guided through the claims process.

For questions about your policy, extending your cover, lost luggage, flight delays or other non-emergency claims, call +61 2 8055 1638. The team is available Monday to Friday, 8am–9pm (AEST), and weekends 9am–6pm (AEST).
